About

San Diego wedding photographer

Your Wedding Sounds RAD!

The first thing I want you know above anything else is this. Your wedding is going to be so damn cool. No matter what it looks like. And I mean that in every way possible. Wether it is in your home church, your parents backyard, on top of a mountain, at the beach with your toes in the sand, or downtown in the grunge of the city, it is going to be beautiful. Want to know my absolute favorite thing about my job? Every single wedding is different and uniquely YOU. And thank GOD for that! Cause if all of them were the same, my job would be redundant as hell! I’m in the business of documenting major life events. And my goal is to document these events in ways the feel the most YOU. My favorite photos of my family are the ones that feel like no one is trying. No one is posing. No one is worried about how they look. They are just LIVING. That is my goal as your photographer. To make you feel comfortable enough around me to be your truest selves as individuals, couples, friends and families. Taking professional photos is totally unnatural. I swear, 99% of my clients tell me that they are awkward in front of the camera and that they will need extra help in order to look good. So TRUST ME, you are not alone. Would you believe me if I said that all of the people in the photos you see on my website told me exactly that? Cause you better believe it.

My Style.

People often ask me how I would describe my style. From shooting to the final product. So let me put it in the simplest way possible.

I think of myself as the director of the movie about you. You are the actors and you know your part better than everyone. I'm just there to capture your love and interactions in the most honest way possible. The goal is to get everyone that sees your photos (even you!) to feel like they witnessed it all in person. I want everyone to experience the feeling that you had in those moments. Whether they are feelings of intimate love, pure joy, peace, or deep emotion. Weddings are a fun time! But they are also incredibly emotional and heartfelt. Don't you want your photos to exemplify those feelings? I think yes.

The goal is to make the people that see your wedding album super jealous that they weren't there. Bwahaha!

Now remember, your experience with your photographer is so much more than the gallery you receive. I guarantee you will get a gorgeous wedding album. But more than that, your experience with me will blow you out of the water.

On top of a super fun time, you can expect detailed professionalism, timely deliveries, and exceeded expectations (don’t just take my word for it; check out these reviews!). This experience is all about you. I take my job very seriously, because I want these photos to make you feel like you are reliving your wedding day every time you see them.

But Who is this Gabe Person?

Well well well, what to say about Gabe... As if I'm not the one writing this little blurb out. Hah! What a guy! JK, I'm all right or whatever.

In all seriousness, here are some important things you should know about me. I'm very much a family man. My wife, Michelle, and I have been married for 9 years and have 3 perfect little children.

Anyways, we had our first little nugget at the ripe age of 19 and we just decided to keep having these little monsters back to back so they could grow up close to their siblings and what not. It's chaos. But we love it. They are the product of two young and wild parents who never had a party stage so we just party with them. Seriously, dance parties before bed on the regular.

I am a San Diego native through and through. No plans on leaving and that's not just cause my whole family lives here. :P
